Barque la Savoie will soon be back in the port of Evian !

Barque La Savoie's first renovation stage will soon be achieved. Chantier Bernards' carpenters, together with the volunteers are working hard to enable the barque to sail again in few a weeks time.

In March, there will still be a lot to do to finish the works, clean the shipyard and refit the boat, in order to launch her on 31st March.

Barque La Savoie will start her sailing season in April and the association is already receiving many booking enquiries.

This 2015 sailing season is very important. The crew members will be present to carry out most of the cruises, but we must not forget our volunteers running the stand and promoting the Association as well as the Association's members who talk about La Savoie to their relatives and friends.

The general assembly will take place on 14th March 2015 and, like each year, crew members, volunteers and Association's members will get together. Please note that we are looking for new crew members and volunteers so that Barque La Savoie can still cruise for a long time in our beautiful Lac Léman region.

You can book the Barque at the stand, next to Evian pontoon, for a short cruise. She is also available for private bookings in case of special events such as weddings, birthdays or company parties.

Barque La Savoie's crew members will be delighted to welcome you onboard the largest rigged sail boat. You will enjoy a cruise in a beautiful landscape as well as the sailors' atmosphere provided by the inside main room.

Barque La Savoie is going to cruise for the 2015 season but there is still a lot to do to achieve the second stage of renovation works which is now approaching fast.
